You have to realise that pro-israeli people are more likely to be found in or close to positions of power (not because they deserve it but because they want it). And being in the police force is one of those positions. Also, these police force have been trained in Israel. So a strong positive bias towards israel from these police officers is more likely then them just doing their job (which is to protect and serve the government and not the people).
